1.以硅碳棒为发热元件。

2.采用氧化铝纤维板材拼装炉膛，保温性能好，炉温均匀，升温速度快，20分钟升到额定温度，空栽损耗低，节能，比传统电炉节能50%。

3.智能温度控制系统PID控制，控温精度高，有超温保护功能，可选配升温速率可设定的可编程序仪表。

4.采用空气隔热技术，炉体表面温升低，配有漏电保护装置，使用安全。

5.电炉与控制器一体，操作方便。
